 Ans : We provide design in jpg/gif/png.it depends on the requirement too.

Ans: You will get your design ASAP (within 24-48hours) after the order is processed.Although delivery time may be delayed due to holidays,workload,technical faults or anyother unavoidable reasons (You may get your design in about 48-72 hours) But these things happen once in a while.
